Pumpkin Chaffle (Cookies) Preparation: 

For Chaffle Cookie:

1. Egg yolk: 1

2. Cake batter extract: 1/8 tsp

3. Almond flour: 3 tbsp

4. Baking powder: 1/8 tsp

5. Vanilla extract: 1/8 tsp

6. Sweetener: 1 tbsp

7. Butter: 1 tbsp

 

For Icing:

1. Powdered sweetener: 1 tbsp

2. Vanilla extract: ¼ tsp

3. Water: ½ tsp

 

For Sprinkles:

 

1. Granular sweetener: 1 tbsp

2. Food coloring: 1 drop

 

How To Cook Pumpkin Chaffle: 

Preheat a pumpkin waffle maker if needed and grease it

In a mixing bowl, combine all the chaffle ingredients and mix well

Pour the mixture to the lower plate of the pumpkin waffle maker and spread it evenly to cover the plate properly

Close the lid

Cook for at least 4 minutes to get the desired crunch

Remove the chaffle from the heat and keep aside so it cools down

Make as many chaffles as your mixture and waffle maker allow

For the icing, whisk all the ingredient

Do the same as above for sprinkles

Add these toppings to the chaffles and enjoy
